Depends on where you TS License server is located. Are you currently running an AD Domain in Win2k. If you plan on adding your Win2k TS Boxes to the .NET domain you will have to re-register your TS License Component with Clearing house then issue new CALS. Good news is that....as long as your users are connecting via the Win2k TS Boxes your original licensing model remains intact. For example, in the Win2k licensing model XP PROF, and 2000 Prof are issued a license from the TS Component (Included in the EULA). This is not the case with TS Licensing if connecting to a Win2003 box.
