Depends on where you TS License server is located.
Are you currently running an AD Domain in Win2k.

If you plan on adding your Win2k TS Boxes to the .NET domain you will have
to re-register your TS License Component with Clearing house then issue new
CALS.

Good news is that....as long as your users are connecting via the Win2k TS
Boxes your original licensing model remains intact.

For example, in the Win2k licensing model XP PROF, and 2000 Prof are issued
a license from the TS Component (Included in the EULA).

This is not the case with TS Licensing if connecting to a Win2003 box.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Just a quick question.....

I'm in the middle of a design and wondering where to go...

I would like to offer the DC in a new domain with Windows2003 and the Citrix
farm to be on Windows2000 (for they are running that already). do you see
any ibstacles in this or any reasons why not to do it this way?

Met vriendelijke groeten / With kind regards
