Depending on your current firmware it will be something like the following
On the wyse 
System Setup -> Network Setup -> File Server/Path: 10.0.0.50/wysefolder

On the ftp site make a folder called "wysefolder" (as in this example), in
here make a folder called wnos, here you place your wnos.ini file and your
firmware file named UTC_b512. In your INI file place FILESERVER=10.0.0.50
ROOTHPATH=wysefolder
