Thanks for the tip, but I have already checked these settings. The problem is that the Citrix server never realizes that the session is dropped/disconnected. In the CMC console the session still shows up as "Active" so when the user attempts to reconnect instead of reconnecting to the same session they get a new session. I think the ICAKeepAlive settings might work but I am trying to find out if it works on Windows 2000, Citrix XPS, FR1. There are also settings on a per user basis. -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Matthew Shrewsbury Sent: Wednesday, July 14, 2004 2:07 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] disconnect detection I have two Citrix XPS servers. They both show a disconnected user as "Active" in the CMC console long after they have been disconnected. Isn't there a setting to adjust how often Citrix detects that a session is "Active" or "Disconnected"? Thanks for all your help! Matthew Shrewsbury, MCSE+Internet MCSE 2000 CCA Network Administrator
