I can say that WinRAR complies with the group policy you set (i.e. Prevent
Access to Drives, or Hide Drives Within Windows Explorer/My Computer).  I
have been using this without incident, and works very well.

It's a VERY cheap (and more useful product) then WinZIP, Stuff-It, WinACE,
etc.
