Modification dates are not modifications to the rollup but the page itself.
So they updated the web page for typo errors or something like that.
Basically, I take the HRP and then I apply the ILB hotfix for sure. Then
the rest depending on what problems we may experience.

apply? I see there is a rollup created in December, but modified in June.
Should I assume that the modifications to the rollup were to correct
problems in the rollup? IF yes, does that mean I should apply any patches
that came out after the initial rollup date (december)?
