You do not need 2003.
Have you tried a reinstall of .Net, as well as M$ update for it?

Thanks for the reply, but I do not have the option to check Application
Server.
I did some more reading on this and found that ASP.NET Application Server
comes with Win2003. I have Win2000 SP4 and I can't seem to find info on
installing ASP.NET for Windows 2000.
The .NET Framework version 1.1 is installed ... is that ASP.NET? If so, it's
not working :-(
Does ASP.NET work on Windows 2000 with IIS 5? Or only with IIS 6 in which
case I need Windows 2003.
Bummer...
