No. Normally, the user's desktop is a combination of the desktop folder from
their profile and the All Users desktop folder. Once you redirect the user's
desktop folder, their desktop will consist of the redirected folder only.

We are having a problem with Pnagent.exe putting the published
applications in  all users. Is this what your referring to breaking
All Users? Thanks.
