I'm not looking for an alternate reader to run on Citrix. Acrobat Reader works fine for every other user and even for this user on 3 out of 4 servers. It's something specific to this user on this 1 server. ________________________________ From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Marc-André Lapierre Sent: Tuesday, May 02, 2006 2:32 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: User can't open PDFs in Outlook You can try to use Foxit reader http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php Small, single file, incredibly fast, low memory usage, with some very interesting option + works perfect in any TS environment ____________________________________________ Marc-André Lapierre, MALICIS Informatique Inc. Both are published to him via PNAgent. No other users on this server have the problem, and this user doesn't have the problem on 3 other servers. We deleted his local and roaming profiles, and made sure there was no hung registry entries on the server in question. I'm out of ideas. Running Reader 7.0.5. Anything else to check?
