[THIN] Uninstll version 11 client

Has anyone seen an issue where the 11.00 client will not Uninstall.
I have tried to remove it with add / remove programs or Programs and
features (windows vista) and if refreshed the client shows back up in the
uninstall list again. It appears to uninstall, but then is back once the
window is refreshed. I have also tried the UNICA program and get the same
result
If you open an ICA file it launches the client. Theser are users with
Admin rights to windows.
