No, it does nothing with the account. I even can't see the form where i put my
account and password.
Maybe here is the solution, but I cannot confirm any thing. And i cannot find
the hotfix on line.

Does this only happen when you get a certain amount of users on the Terminal
server? If so it sounds as though it is a MaxWorkItem shortage problem on your
DC. You can also get this if you are using roaming profiles and your profile
server has a MaxWorkItem shortage.

Commonly after we connect to a terminal server installed with Win2K3 Server
successfully, then the server should display a Form named "Logon to Windows",
where we can write down our ID and password.

But I encounter a problem that after i connected to a TS successfully, all i
could get is a gray screen without the Form.

Only i can do when i encounter this is restart the server.

Is there any other solution i can take to resolve the problem?
