This is usually not an error, but a common mistake.

When you configure and run discovery in the Access Suite Console, DO NOT
enter a standalone Web Interface server as the name of a "Web Interface
Configuration Server". If you do, you will receive the following error:

The RPC server cannot be contacted on server WIServerName.

Only Presentation Server 4.0 can act as a Web Interface Configuration
Server.

Has anyone experienced this issue when trying to perform a 'Run discovery'
in the Access Suite Console.

System PS4.0 WI4.0

I have been through the Citrix document below and can confirm that the two
accounts are members of the 'Power Users' group and have rights to 'log on
as a service' and 'log on as a batch job'.
