This is usually not an error, but a common mistake. When you configure and run discovery in the Access Suite Console, DO NOT enter a standalone Web Interface server as the name of a "Web Interface Configuration Server". If you do, you will receive the following error: The RPC server cannot be contacted on server WIServerName. Only Presentation Server 4.0 can act as a Web Interface Configuration Server. Cheers.
