[THIN] Temp Files

I have customer who asked me a question that I don't know the answer
too. He has an NT4 Terminal Server running MF1.8, he is using the flat
temp command, however any user that is logging in before he has used
that flat temp command, has a temp file going to n:\temp, instead of
o:\temp like all the rest of the users?
Any Ideas, I have forgotten most of my NT4 stuff...
