[THIN] TS 2003 problem running Word/Excel 2000

Hi All
I have recently setup a 2003 TS environment using a Small Business Server 2003
Domain
And everything is running well apart from Word and Excel 2000
Users have complained that the time to save is extremly slow, and there
significant lag doing almost every function
My suspicion is the folder redirection may be the cause, it is running back to
a 2003 Small Business server for Backup purposes
including;
Application Data
Desktop
My Documents
Start Menu
Has anyone seen this or is anyone aware of any gotchas that may cause this
I would prefer to keep as much as possible running on the SBS but performance
is my main concern
Any advice greatfully received
