[THIN] Shortcuts not working on a Macintosh.

Hi.
We have en application (Quark Xpress) where one of the most used shortcuts
are CTRL-SHIFT-. and CTRL-SHIFT-, . These shortcut are not working when
connecting to the application using a Macintoshclient. CTRL-SHIFT-B is
working, and . and , is also working.
I have tried using the latest 6.2 client, but there doesn't seem to be a
place to configure shortcuts ?
