[THIN] Server Specs

Howdy,
I'm quoting some servers from Dell and wanted to get the opinions of all of the
Citrix people out there in cyber space.
These servers (three of them) will be hosting Microsoft Office products, Novell
GroupWise, and 1 vb app (16MB memory usage/user) that is the front end to a
SQL database held on another server to 180 users.
All user data will be stored on a Novell server accessible through a mapped
drive.
I'm looking at the Dell Poweredge 1850 with dual 3.8 Xeons /2MB Cache, 4GB RAM,
and raid 1.
I plan on using 2 73GB 15k RPM Drives.
What raid controllers do you use? The embedded one (PERC4ei), PERC4eDC-PCI
Express (+$415 ), or the PERC4/DC for an extra $415?
From your experiences, am I asking too much from these servers, or should I
have more?
