Hi everyone I need some help with a Windows 2000 SP3 Metaframe XP FR2 SP2 server. Our boxes have been rock solid hosting ~300 users on 10+ applications for over the last year. That is until Monday when we added a new application for one of our lines of business. All applications/servers are stable, but the new application is locking up constantly (say 10+ times per day). I found that if I limited the application instance to 1 per user that seemed to help quite a bit. However, now the problem is that some of the users are getting stuck in an active or disconnected state from time to time. Once in this state they cannot reconnect and I have to force their connection closed. Do you think that the ICAKeepAlive registry settings could help in this situation? Or is there a better way to go about troubleshooting this? Unfortunately the application does not keep any logs and the server is not showing anything either.
