[THIN] Remote Access Support Standards

Would anyone out there be willing to share their Remote Access Standards
policies with me?  I'm looking for examples of HW/SW minimums, Support
Procedures (like do you go to the remote site or have a 3rd party go in
for support), liability considerations and so forth.  Any policies that
you folks have I'd love to take a look at.
