Hi, I have seen this issue happen with the version 9.0 of the web client. It seems that Citrix has changed the rules with the version 9.0 web client. It does not seem that this client is "trusted" to pass through the credentials. We had to add the following under [WFClient] to the appsrv.ini file on the client device. [WFClient] EnableSSOnThruICAFile=On SSOnUserSetting=On After we changed this setting the client was then able to pass through the credentials.
