Which version of the Web Interface are you running?
If you''re running the latest version - do you have 'use kerberos
authentication checked' - unchecking the option should fix the problem
also, when you connect to the WI and you view the status bar in IE does the
site appear as an 'local/intranet' site?

Correction, this does not happen when using the PN Agent, but DOES when
using the web client, both 9.0.

Any idea why I would suddenly get a prompt for credentials, when making a
Citrix connection, and I am using pass through.
I last week installed MS Office 2003 on the servers affected, but why would
that cause this?
How to fix it?
