Andrew,

This is a permissions thing.  You need to be an admin to adjust others.  If
the process is a service, you may be further limited via the task manager.

Furthermore, if you want the application to always have a modified priority,
you should consider a third party product.  Some may not support NT4 - so be
sure to check that (we happen to).

Our system is NT4 (MF1.8) - is there any way to change the priority of a pr=
ocess belonging to another user? When I try it says access denied!
Presumably this is an NT4 limitation?
