sounds like the right plan. I've had mixed results in my ps4 installs
that sometimes has required a redo.

haven't seen that one yet. have you tried a 4.0 console on a different machine?

Full admin and no one can publish an app from a PS 4.0 console.
I can, however go to a server with XP console and publish an app
off a server that has 4.0 on it.

Can any other admins do what your trying to do? are you a full Citrix
admin or are they based on customized privileges?

I can't seem to publish apps in my PS 4.0. I get
"You do not have permission to assign this application to servers. Therefore users will not be able to this application.
Any ideas?
