I don't have the passthrough client installed. I didn't think it would be needed in my situation but I'll certainly look at it. The app in question is published on the remote farm. When executing the ica file I get the "Connection in progress" window for about 30 secs before being told that the session was uanbel to contact the Citrix Browser. Could this be an XML port issue? -----Original Message----- From: Henry Sieff [mailto:hsieff@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: 28 February 2003 16:11 To: 'thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [THIN] Re: Possible to start a Citrix session from within a C itri x session? It definitely works (I do it to allow some users who come in on a japanese language server to access an app which can only run on an english language server). a) do you have the pass-through client installed? b) is it a published app connection or a desktop c) what error, if any, do you get? > -----Original Message----- > From: Angus Macdonald [mailto:Angus.Macdonald@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: Friday, February 28, 2003 8:05 AM > To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [THIN] Re: Possible to start a Citrix session from within a C > itri x session? > > > > It's already there.
