How do you specify it in WI 4.0? The only option I have to to specify a URL.

Has anyone gotten the built in STA function to work with WI/CSG or WI/CAG when
IIS is installed on the Box and the XML
service is running on port 8080? If so, what configuration changes have to be
made?
