I checked that out and saw the part about duplicate WFClient sections.
However, my error says the ICA file contains duplicate sections named
(Encoding). And when I look at the temporary ICA File that gets saved
to the pda when I attempt to connect, I can see duplicate (Encoding)
sections that look like this:

[Encoding]
InputEncoding=UTF-8
[Encoding]
InputEncoding=ISO8859_1

If I remove the second (Encoding) line above I can connect, but after
I close out, that file goes away, and on next connection the 2
(Encoding) sections are back. Where is that coming from? And why
doesn't it happen on my laptop or any normal pc that is not a PDA?
