Jim, I tried LaunchIT. When I close Outlook I get the same results. The Program Neighborhood Connection Center shows just the server name, no applications running. CMC shows Outlook as the running application. Session processes show Launchit.exe, Outlook.exe and Mapisp32.exe running along with CSRSS.exe, Winlogon.exe, and wfshell.exe. No other processes are running. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks, Ken ... -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jim Kenzig http://thin.net Sent: Thursday, April 15, 2004 8:07 AM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Outlook published app doesn't close You need to look at the session in the CMC and see what files are being held open. You can use http://www.tmurgent.com free Launchit utility to resolve this problem once you figure out what program is holding the session open. I'm running Microsoft Office XP. All of the applications appear to work correctly except Outlook. When a user closes Outlook their window goes away but the session stays connected and the logoff script never runs. Any ideas? Thanks.
