[THIN] Outlook Hangs

Having a problem with Outlook 2002 in a load balanced farm.
The problem appears to occur when Outlook 2002 and IE 6 are opened at the
same time.
Problems include 4-5 second delays in typing, windows closing, windows
opening, etc....
CPU and RAM stay good. 3-4% utilization on processor.
Dual Processor system (1 GHZ each)
4 Gig RAM
Raid 0 (Hardware Raid)
Windows 2000 Server
Citrix 1.8
Load balance
Office 2000 XP
All service packs and hotfixes current
