Hi all. I'm getting closer to resolving my email problems. Right now
I'm trying to eliminate the error
"The object could not be found." This error is generated by outlook
when my Oracle reports writer attempts to invoke outlook. However, if
I go into outlook and launch a mail message first, then I don't get
the error and the Oracle program works fine.

I found something on Citrix's web site that MAY be relevant however I
don't undersand the statement;

"For the MSOFFICE applications (Winword, Outlook, Access, Excel, etc),
the compatibility flag for returning the system directory in place of
the Windows directory needs to be set in the Registry. The Registry
key is \\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Terminal
Server\Compatibility\Applications\{appname}, where appname is
MSACCESS, MSOFFICE, etc. The value to set under each key is Flags. The
value 0x40c must be logically combined with any current values for
Flags in the registry."

What does "logically combined" mean?

Thanks for any help,
