Could you not install one of the free PDF printers on the server? You'd alw=
ays have one there, getting around the issue another way :)

The problem happens when their printer does not autocreate. So their
session in fact does not have a printer associated with it.

They open a doc file. Hit print, and Word then prompts them to install
a printer.
