Create a printer on your server called ZZZ Printer Not Found and give everyone access to it. If they don't get their printer autocreated it will default to this one. "No printers are installed..." that appears if the user's session didn't autocreate a printer for some reason? I'd preffer that they don't try to add printers on their own like the stupid dialog suggests. Thanks, Jan Broucinek, System Manager Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Inc.
