Hi

we just installed several MS security patches on our server farm. Now users are
complaining about having lost several settings in Word, Excel etc.
For example the User info, the f1-assistant, the bars have been resetted to
standard. It look as if the user is logging on for the 1st time. Desktop
layout, shortcuts and other user specific things like "folder options/view" in
explorer have not been affected.

Our servers are running on W2K/SP3 with MF XP/FR2. We use Office 2000 prof.
multi language version with SP2.

Has anyone had these problems?

Any input is appreciated very much

Peter
