Check your services... I'll bet either cpsvc.exe or WFshell.exe has crashed - also check your event log! Had loads of trouble with this one - still am in fact!! Get your Citrix Hotfixes installed, and try to use only windows Native drivers or the UPD wherever possible - our problems started with 3rd party native drivers and have long since continued!!! (to check - launch Regedit - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\W indowsNTx86\Drivers\Version-3) In the driver description it should say "provider = Microsoft" Regards Jaime -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Stuart Pittwood Sent: 30 January 2006 16:50 To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Odd Printing problem. Hi all, I don't know if this is an office issue or a TS/Citrix issue. We have 5 servers running PS4 & office 2003. we are seeing a few users who when printing from Word/Excel have no probs but as soon as they try to print from outlook it just tells them have no printers installed. I'd have thought since they are running a published desktop the printers should be availalble to all apps. Any input appreciated.
