Ken, how did your problem get resolved? I assume it is on the sender side that has the problem. Weird part is that they don't have any problem sending email to other people and I don't have problem receiving email from other senders (as far as I know). Telnet to it? Sounds like their problem, have them adjust their max connection time. My exchange 2K server seems to be running fine but one of our vendor can not get through. Everytime they send an email to us, they get "Recipient's server exceeded time for connection". It seems to be blocking their domain name but I can't find the block anywhere in my system including firewall. Any idea?
