Hi Chris, I am evaluating this environment with VMWare workstation 4.0 and also GSX server 2.5. Both with the same problem. Problem is after configuring last NLB Node there is no IP traffic from this node possible.. Anyone running NLB on Vmware ? Why not install another NIC into your server. So after configuring this last node I can't ping other machines on the network. When I disable Network Loadbalancing en remove the cluster IP address from the TCP/IP properties other servers can be pinged. I did read several NLB articles... Any ideas ?
