[THIN] OT: Exchange 5.5 queue

Hi,
very very off topic but also very ver frustrating.......
a customer with Ex 5.5 has a full outgoing queue while mail is coming in
normally.
I've checked dns etc etc.
everything looks fine only the queue stays full.
any ideas????
