I guess I neglected to mention that it needs to handle cross platform
servers (Linux, HP/UX, Windows) and also be viewable via the web on a Linux
box.

I recommend an application called Tripwire. We've been using it for 2 years on our W2K and W2K3 servers. It monitors file, security and registry changes. It can be configured in various ways to provide automated email or on demand reporting for change management. It also aids in intrusion detection from the standpoint of file/security modification.

Does anyone have an recommendations for change management software (relatively cheap)? Specifically that has a good interface for tracking changes made to servers. Does not have to be automated or a Big Brother type system. Just something already developed so we don't have to write an Access Database and put a web front-end on it.
Thanks for any help.
