[THIN] OT: Change Management

Does anyone have an recommendations for change management software
(relatively cheap)? Specifically that has a good interface for tracking
changes made to servers. Does not have to be automated or a Big Brother
type system. Just something already developed so we don't have to write an
Access Database and put a web front-end on it.
