On my server, that usually means the user doesn't have the note files
(notes\data, in the profile or personal drive for us) where Notes expects
them to be - the path specified in the notes.ini. Is this happening for all
users on the box, or just that one guy?
So, you might check the notes.ini - is the "Directory=" path set to the
correct location?
