[THIN] Normal.dot location

Currently when I close word or outlook (Office XP, Win2K, SP4, FR3,
SP3,) I get a message "Changes have been made that affect the global
template, normal. Do you want to save those changes?" It appears that
everyone is sharing the same normal.dot template. Shouldn't I spit this
out so that everyone uses there own normal.dot template? If so how?
