I checked with a friend who writes code for products that have to work with
Citrix. According to him, it is a known bug that .Net 2.0 and Citrix are
incompatible. To be clear this is a Citrix bug that Citrix has to fix.

I think it may have been a factor in my recent server farm failures?IMS kept
stopping randomly on random servers.

Uninstalling on all servers now.

I have been telling all my customers to not install it.  Citrix products do
not seem to like it at all.
