I've seen Bizarre intermittent problems with .NET Framework 2.0 too. Microsoft
says it is compatible with 1.1 but there are obviously some issues. It's all
good though. This is why all of us have jobs. :) I remind my customers this
on a regular basis.

  Out of nowhere, IMA fails.

This is crazy, farm was fine for nearly a year. I think I have .net 2.0 off
all servers. Some are having C++ Runtime errors??

Just checked one of them, no .net 2.0.

I think it may have been a factor in my recent server farm failures.IMS kept
stopping randomly on random servers.

  Uninstalling on all servers now.

I have been telling all my customers to not install it. Citrix products do
not seem to like it at all.
