go right around here for some reason.

Chris,=20

the ezUpdate makes mass upgrades a breeze. All you do is set a DHCP tag =
pointing to a share and put the files you want upgraded in the share. =
When the units boot they check and load from the share if newer. You =
should be able to set it up with your config file so that a new unit, =
when booted, will update itself and load the config file. Then you can =
drop ship units straight to your sites and they will be running right =
out of the box without any fuss from you.

no, actually it seems to be pretty handy. esp. the shadowing part. that =
has
helped us out a great deal as many of our users are at remote locations. =
we
have not as of yet done a "mass upgrade" of the neoware O.S., but we =
have
done individual machines that have needed to be upgraded.

we have about 200 of them from the 3000 series to the new 4000 series =
neos.
they have worked well for us. the newer ones have a more more "windows =
like"
feel in the setup. their support has been pretty good, although, dont =
forget
about the cost of extended support for software. i think you have 1 year
from purchase, then you have to buy extended support. we have =
blackberries
syncing through them, but no other devices attached other than modems. =
we
use them as dial ups for home users and some remote offices. seem to =
work
well there also.
