their support has been good to me the few times I have needed it.  =
Thankfully, I have not needed it very much.  Their terminals are good =
but basic.  The management tools are great and included in the price.

We have about 30 EON 2000 units and 1 Voyager tablet (soon to be 10).  =
In over two years we have only had a couple of minor problems with the =
units and they were fixed right away with no issues.
