NT4 licensing server? Never used itunder NT4, just disable all licensing
services and NT4 runs the best.

You and everyone else.  Is this TS Licensing server Windows NT 4 or =
200x? If
200x, you will need to contact the Clearing House to re-activate the
licenses, as the server's UID is different, or should be different.

However, I have been able to move the TS Licensing database from one =
server
to another server without having to re-activate the licenses.  One note
though.  The product ID is the same on both servers, and was installed =
from
the same MS Open Licensing CD.
