I would concur with Ron, I have about 1500 1200LE units and have yet to = have a failure. As for the infrastructure, as long as you have FTP/DHCP = services available on the network the device are a breeze to maintain. = The actually run a modified BSD UNIX OS. The only drawback that I have found is that they lag behind a bit on the = ICA client version - i.e. v7 was jsut made available in early 04, v8 is = projected for Q4. (i.e. - bootp) Anyone using thin clients with bootp that you really like? We're on a .mil network and have to maintain regular mandated updates, so we're debating whether to use TCs with no local OS to be maintained, and everything that I'm familiar with (i.e., used to sale) are either embedded CE, XP, linux, etc. I recall a client using Tek terminals years ago (bought out by NCD), but I don't know if anything similar stille exists. thanks =09 =09 __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
