We did make sure to dig it out of the RUN key in the registry, but that
didn;t seem to be enough.  Sorry to hear we were not alone on this one.

UpdaterUI was the one that kept leaving crash messages behind.. damned
thing! And yeah, it seemed to run for every single user too
