[THIN] Re: MF 1.8 setup won't run

I was able to install WTS 4.0, SP6 and MF 1.8 remotely, but when I attempt
to run MF 1.8 SP3 setup.exe, I get an hour glass briefly, then nothing. Just
had someone at the datacenter run it from the console (video, mouse and
keyboard through the RIB) with no dice. I really don't want to have to fly
to the datacenter pull the board and install this service pack. Kind of
defeats the purpose of buying the board.
Anyone been through this before?

board?
Never tried that, wonder if it will work....did you try at console?
I would put my money on console.......

I must be missing something obvious here. I have a WTS 4.0 SP6, MF 1.8 =

install (rebuild). I am trying to apply MF 1.8 SP3, but it won't run. =

have tried installing from the control panel, and by double clicking on
autorun and then clicking on the WTS button in the GUI, and from the =
command
line. Each time I get an hour glass for a second and then nothing. No
events in the event logs, no errors. The only difference I can see =
between
this build and the last build is that I am rebuilding via a Compaq =
remote
insight board. =20
I am stuck on this one. I have tried starting over with no luck. =
