Dirk,

download the free command line tools archive frommy website
(wbisoft.com) in the freebies section and head for the findusercommand
with the following syntax

finduser /user:auser/server:servera,serv erb,serverc /logoff

or create a list of servers in a text file (one per line) andcall it
say c:and then try

finduser /user:auser /server:c:/logoff

either of these will work. This is the free version, if youwant a fully
blown optimised version you can publish in your environmentvia published
app's for your users to reset their own sessions (withcustomisable GUI
etc) then check out fuGUI (optimised for performance; willscan over 120
servers including logoff or reset actions in under 10seconds). fuGUI
will also reset sessions so you could get it to scan forDOWN connections
and reset them via a timed schedule.

Any probs feel free to mail me off list

Mark

offFarm

Anyone know of a way to log a user off an entire farm. I know I can
doit server by server but was wondering if there was an easier way.

Thanks.
