You could use folder redirection as Ron said, and then add quotas to the
NTFS volume on your master share to catch anything that slips through.

If you set your "warning" level far enough away from your "cutoff" level,
you'll be able to catch huge profiles before they affect the users.

Yeah, well I built the farm with mandatory but now a couple of weeks =
later
the client has chose to go roaming. For various reasons, we are not =
going to
go hog crazy with re-directs, the client simply wants to limit to total =
size
of the profile. Any ideas on how to do this directly?
