[THIN] Licensing Question for 2003k Sever

I can't seem to get a straight answer from M$
 
5 Citrix servers running Windows 2000 server
 
Qty 200 of terminal server CALS
Qty 200 of Windows 2000 server cals.
 
 
If I upgrade my PDC/BDC to windows 2003 only - not my citrix servers (They
will stay 2000) -
 
Do I only need to by qty 200 of Windows 2003 server cals - or will I ALSO
need to by qty 200 of 2003 terminal server cals?
 
Any thoughts?
