You don't need them if you already have them If you need to purchase new
you will need to get 2003 TS CALs and use them for backwards
compatibility.

Of course I would -

But If they are connecting to my 5 Citrix servers which will stay
running
windows 2000, in a 2003 domain....

Then I don't need 2003 ts cals?

Correct?

As far as i am aware, you cant buy Windows 2000 CAL's anymore, you would
be
buying 2003 CAL's, which would allow you to run 2000. Thats my
understanding
anyway :)

Do I only need to by qty 200 of Windows 2003 server cals - or will I
ALSO
need to by qty 200 of 2003 terminal server cals?

Any thoughts?
